Aftercare. I went to an out door fetish event today and watched a number of activities. Most of it was fairly hum drum and boring to watch. Once in the bed we will have a discussion about what tasks I want completed during the day. I may then have the slave provide me with some sort of service. Slave control. I am a big fan of slave control on a regular and ongoing basis. Most of my slaves haven't actually lived with me. I always insist that they sleep over occasionally so I can really put them through their paces but sometimes once a week or fortnight is about all we can manage to get together. In these circumstances how do you maintain control and keep them in a state of subservience? This is a very important concept because it only takes a day or two and slaves start to go off the rails. Even when they live with you it is just as important to maintain this constant reinforcement of their status. I have blogged before about some of the things I have done to slaves who are away from my direct control. Today I thought I would explore slave control when they live with you.

1. Daily chores. One of the best ways is to give your slave a list of chores to do each day. This is a very real in your face expression of their servitude. I incorporate a daily orders group into my morning slave routine and give him my list of tasks while he stands naked in front of me while I have my tea in bed. To play with their mind just a little bit more I occasionally give them tasks which have to be completed while they are partially bound so they have to stoop, only use one arm, or blind folded. 2. Bells. I attach bells to the slaves balls. Every time they move there is a nice jingle to show me they are working and to remind them they are a slave. If I don't hear jingles then I know they are bludging and crack the whip figuratively and some times literally. 3. Ward robe. I like to choose the slaves ward robe each day. This reinforces my control and allows me to play with their minds a bit. Do they wear underwear or go commando, Do they wear girls panties, a chastity cage, cock rings, or ball spreaders. Nothing like the weight of a padlock around their balls to keep them focussed on you. 4. Service time. I like slaves to provide me with services other than the expected sexual services. Therefore the lunch time foot massage, the end of day bath with the slave providing food, drink, washing, drying, dressing and keeping me entertained by reading my book to me, full body massage etc. 5. Distraction. If we are out I sometimes get bored and need distraction. Nothing entertains me more than sending a slave off to public toilets for a wank with a tight time limit. I then get them to bring back the proof and drink it in front of me. 6. House activities. I will give them a list of 4 things which I want them to do when they see me put up the corresponding finger or voice signal. I like to use both types of signal as it adds to the mental stress. Down you go. Normal routine goes on but the slaves head is to remain lower than yours at all times. One is to lock them in their cage for a period of time. The second is to have them hold a coin to the wall with their nose. I always tie their hands behind their back so they can't cheat. If they drop the coin they get punished. 9. Roulette. List six punishments and then throw a dice to see which one they get. Six wacks with a paddle is not much so you can make it brackets of say 4 and then have them throw a second dice to see how many brackets they get. 10, Forced exercise. This is also fun and can be conducted like for roulette as per the previous entry. I also like to use straps and paddles to make sure they give a 100% effort.

Rituals. I have a number of rituals that I insist upon when I have a live in slave. One of the most important I think is the coming home from work ritual. Cheap but efficient. Previously I have blogged about my home made spreader bar. This is a very useful device which gets used all the time on my various slaves. I get annoyed when I go out to buy anything to do with sex or pets as any thing to do with these generally costs two to three times what they are worth. It is a toss up some times as to whether sex shops or pet shops charge more for dog collars. I have found some absolute bargains in leather at craft markets. Table tennis bat. An oldie but a goodie. Nothing hurts more than a wooden spoon across the bottom and they will leave temporary marks and bruising if used over zealously. I also like long plastic implements as they are also very effective but have a different feel to wood. This is most probably because there is more flex in the handle. I like the pasta ladle the most because it is long but also I find the little fingers at the end are great for cupping, twisting, stretching testicles particularly from behind. Pillow slips. Every house has them, they are easy to apply, there is no chance of peeking, easily washed and give that nice military interrogation ambience. Ropes. Don't spend a fortune on special ropes. Go to your local hardware and find something that is soft and pliable and around 1/4 to 1/2 an inch in diameter. Then chop it into 2 and 4 metre lengths. Punishment. The subject of punishment often comes up in Master/slave forums. Quite often it seems to be restricted to some form of paddling. Its all about the position. As briefly discussed in a previous post I require slaves to learn three main positions. These positions are important as they clearly enforce the status correctly to both the Master and slave. They also allow me to quickly and easily access genitals and other body parts. Position one. Standing. This position comes with a couple of variants depending on your preference. It requires the slave to stand up straight, legs spread around two feet or 60 cm, eyes unwaveringly to the front with arms by the side, on the head or behind the back. Kneeling position two. This position is used when I want to use them as a foot stool to objectify them. Items I have asked for are car keys, wallets, pens, mugs, sneakers etc. Alternatively get them to write something on their stomach in indelible pen. 2. Once I used a sneaker to be in the photo for the above task and then asked for the sneaker laces to be tied around his balls and the sneaker suspended for his next days task. I like these sort of double tasks as it makes them worry when the task seems easy. 3. Have them research some new kink you want to explore and write a report with recommendations on it for your pleasure. I always add punishments for bad grammar and poor spelling. I also ask for a bibliography so I can check the web for plagiarism and my own interest. 4. Give them permission to have a wank as long as they have no more than 10 minutes to email you the picture of the cum on their stomach and some proof item. If they can't cum and send the photo within the designated time then they get punishment. This is also good because it takes a lot of the pleasure away from the wank and tends to give them a ruined orgasm. 5. Give them the task of an out side nude photo in some location you will recognise. If the location is likely to have people wandering past then you can modify it to a photo of their cock and balls hanging out of their pants only. Even if it is some park quiet corner the task will generate a lot of stress and will require them to hang around for an extended period until it is clear enough to take the photo. 6. A hard task is one requiring them to get a photo of themselves totally naked with a fully clothed person who they don't know. If you know your slave (which you should) then refine it so they have to get a photo with someone they will find unattractive. For example if they don't like fat, old or guys of a specific ethnic group then nominate one of these people as the target. You can make it even harder by placing a time limit of only one or two hours. By doing this you also guarantee they won't have sex and get pleasure out of this. 7. This is an adaption of the first task. Tell them that you will randomly ring them three times during the waking day and have the slave send you a cock photo with a proof item within five minutes. This keeps them on their toes all day. I try and be fair and find out when they get up and go to bed and then stick to within these time limits. Last time I did this with slave 5 I got him driving and he had to pull over in peak period traffic to complete the task. 8. Have them text you each day at a specific time and tell you how much they love you. Allocate punishment if the text is late or early. 9. Get them to send you a photo of their nipples, cock and balls covered in a designated number of clothes pegs. Make it a big number like 20. 10. Have them shave something they normally don't like their legs.

First Inspection Part Two Once you have your slave completely naked carry out a full inspection. Have them open their mouth so you can check their teeth, place their arms on their head so you can view their arm pits, pull their foreskin back if they have one and aren't hard, poke into the eye of their cock, and have them bend over so you can check their arse. Touch them a lot during the process, squeeze their muscles, stretch their balls, poke inside their mouth, and slap their arse. While this is going on make sure they stare ahead and don't look at you or move around. This will clearly set their position in the pecking order. Once you have finished your inspection have them kneel at your feet. This will have been very humiliating and scary so now is the time to give them a bit of slack to recover. Prior to this meeting you will have gone over your previous email messages and made a list of their likes and dislikes. I have the memory span of a gold fish and so I find this handy to direct my questioning and training program. Now is the time to have another chat about what is going to happen during the session. Watch closely for their reactions to your intentions. My suggestion is to start off fairly vanilla and make sure they cum some how or other so they go away feeling rosy. Once you have chatted for a few minutes start the training.

I normally start by explaining the poses and the commands I want them to carryout when ever we are together. I normally teach them three poses. One is a standing pose used for full body inspections, the second is a kneeling pose for when I am talking to them and the third is a kneeling pose (head on the floor) which I use when using them as a footstool, fucking them, and for arse inspections. We will discuss these in detail in a future post. Then run them through the commands slowly at first and then faster until they struggle to keep up. I will then tie them in some basic bondage positions, take a few photos and edge them constantly. At some point I will have them provide me with some form of service such as a head job, fuck, massage etc. I try and meet some of their likes and avoid pushing boundaries too hard. I will then make them cum. This can either be a head job or hand job. I think a hand job is the most appropriate and let them cum. It is permissible to ruin their cumming at this time. I then replace them in the kneeling position and have a chat about what we did, what they liked and what they felt challenging. I also emphasise the things we did which they originally advised they liked. I am not interested in what they don't like. I then give them a task to do as home work. I normally have them send me a nude photo or an email of thanks or some other easy task at a set time the next day and then send them on their way.

First Inspection Part One

One of the most telling moments in a Master/slave relationship is the first meeting. The first meeting is most important because if it is successful then there is a strong chance that the relationship will progress and blossom. A bad first meeting will invariably end in a one time only play session. There is nothing wrong with a one time play session if that was the initial aim however if one or both of the parties was after a more long term relationship then disappointment and even giving up can be the final result. To ensure success there are a couple of suggested things you can do. The first is be clear from the start prior to the first meeting what each party is after. Spend some time discussing what you both want out of the event. Get a list of likes, willing to tries, and not if hell froze over kinks. Work out the limits and safe words. I always like the word "POLICE" as a safe word because it tends to grab everyone's attention and sets the scene for failing to take notice. Get some photos of the potential slave. Cock shots are always fun but a good face shot and clothed shot will tell you a lot about the person. Watch out for wackos. The best way is to meet in a neutral place like a café or McDonalds near to the play area. Spend a bit of time there talking face to face about what all parties want, like or need. This has a couple of advantages. Having to meet in public adds a degree of extra pressure on the slave as discussions of a sexual nature tend to attract eves droppers. There is also the chance meet with an old friend and the embarrassment of having to introduce you. It will eventually give the slave a chance to get used to you and gives you a chance to ram home your requirements. One of the hardest parts of meeting in a public place is identifying your target. I normally tell them to come in with a book under their right arm. I get there early and watch them for a while to make them sweat a little. Once your comfortable with your future slave head to the play area. I quite often prefer to meet at my place. My front porch is reasonably hidden from the road by trees but it is still feels very open if you have no clothes on. I have had some of my slaves strip off in front of me on the front porch. This really tells them who is boss. Not all slaves are up to this and so it is generally better to do the stripping inside. Find a nice comfy chair and have them stand in front of you. Get them to strip piece by piece on order. Take your time. Have them turn around frequently so you check out both sides. Make sure they fold each piece of clothing neatly and place them in the designated place. Make lots of comments along the way like 'You have nice muscly arms do you work out" or "you have a bit of a pot there which we will have to get rid of" or "you have nice broad shoulders" etc. Make sure most are positive comments but you need to include some negative comments so they know they have room to improve.

This is my first go at blogging. Thankfully I am a better Master than blogger. I hope to incorporate both my thoughts as well as those of my slaves. I am happy to answer questions and give tips about what I do. I started off as a slave so I could learn but soon realised that I was really a Master. After a few tentative experiences I also realised it is a lot harder being a Master than being a slave. As a slave you are there for the pleasure and use of your Master. A slave can just do what is asked of him and be considered reasonable but if you really want to be a great slave you need to put some thought into the services you provide so that you can anticipate your Masters needs and wants. This is what slaves should aim for in providing for their Master. Masters really have to put thought into the Master/slave relationship. You have to be clever so that you keep coming up with new ideas to keep the training fresh and relevant You need to be able to read your slave so you meet their needs while meeting your own. You need to be able to know when to push a boundary and when to back off. You also need some technical knowledge about your equipment and tools. If you are into bondage you need rope skills etc. All up it is much harder being the Master.
