Tip 2. I have found that weights for extending balls or applying pressure to nipples can be problematic. Quite often the slave will take one but find the next size up too big a jump and so never progress. I have started using up to 2 litre (4 pint) plastic containers. When full of water this is a 2 Kg or 4 pound weight. They generally have a handle which is easy to rope too.

They also allow you to gradually add water which slowly increases the weight. This allows the slave to get used to it and extend their tolerance. You place a funnel in the top so you don't spill when filling. Piss can also be used as the filler which can then be drunk by the slave afterwards. Brilliant.
